DC Kupwara inaugurates village Haat at TRC,a sks visitors to explore the Vibrant Culture, Rich Heritage

KUPWARA AUGUST 12: As part of ‘Azadi Ka Amrit Mohatsav’ and under ‘Meri Maati, Mera Desh’ campaign, Deputy Commissioner Kupwara,  Ayushi Sudan inaugurates Village Haat at  Kupwara today.

The village Haat will offer an opportunity to the visitors to immerse themselves in the rich heritage of Kupwara, experience local culture, delicious cuisines and enjoy captivating sights and melodious live music. The village Haat  also houses exquisite local handicraft and Handloom products.

 The organic agri-products are also available in the village Haat. 

The Village Haat has been established by District Administration in collaboration with the Department of  Tourism, Handloom, Handicrafts, Horticulture, agriculture and Municipal Committee Kupwara. 

On the occasion the Deputy Commissioner was accompanied by ADC Kupwara GH Nabi Bhat, DIO Exen LBBDA, CHO, CAO, EO MC, Tehsildar Kupwara, AD Handloom and Handicraft.
