DC Rajouri encourages Quality Education, Nature Conservation on World Chinar Day
Inaugurates Teachers’ Quarter at HSS Dehrilayote to improve Educational Infrastructure
RAJOURI, March 15: Deputy Commissioner, Vikas Kundal today presided over the inauguration of a new teachers’ quarter at HSS Derylaote in Manjakote block.
The quarter was constructed by Samagra Shiksha at a cost of 86 lakh rupees and includes eight rooms and necessary amenities for teaching staff.
During the inauguration event, the Deputy Commissioner interacted with the staff and enquired about the quality of education being provided at the institution. He urged the faculty to improve the quality of education and provide good learning to the students.
Meanwhile, on the occasion of World Chinar Day, DC Rajouri planted a Chinar plant in the premises to spread awareness about the importance of trees and conservation of nature.
The inauguration of the teacher’s quarter is a positive step towards providing better infrastructure and amenities to the teaching staff. The local community hailed the inauguration as a great success and thanked Deputy Commissioner Rajouri for his inspiring efforts.
