DC Rajouri holds phone-in program to address public grievances
Next session tentatively scheduled for Friday next week
RAJOURI, JUNE 20: Deputy Commissioner, Vikas Kundal, conducted a highly successful phone-in program to address public grievances and provide timely solutions.
During the program, numerous grievances were received and promptly addressed, receiving positive feedback from the public. The District Administration’s efforts to bridge the gap between the government and citizens were appreciated.
The program, usually spans an hour and is aimed to address citizen concerns and ensure efficient resolution of their issues, was held for the fourth time since inception.
It was also revealed that the next phone-in program is tentatively scheduled for Friday next week. The exact timings of the session will be publicised through the social media accounts of the District Information Centre, Rajouri.
The presence of all district officers alongside the DC during the phone-in program facilitated immediate redressal of grievances and enabled them to respond to inquiries.
This program is part of the ongoing efforts by the district administration to improve public service delivery and strengthen the government-citizen relationship. The DC assured the continuation and expansion of such initiatives to meet the needs of all citizens, ensuring efficient and transparent governance in Rajouri.
