DC Rajouri kick-starts work on JJM Water Supply Scheme at Dassal
RAJOURI, OCTOBER 11: Deputy Commissioner Rajouri, Vikas Kundal, with a resolute commitment to elevate water accessibility and sanitation in the region, has kick started work on the pivotal Water Supply Scheme Dassal under the Jal Jeevan Mission.
In an enthusiastic gathering of local residents, the Deputy Commissioner extended his heartfelt congratulations to mark this momentous occasion. Present at the ceremony were the Tehsildar Rajouri, Varinder Sharma and Executive Engineer Jal Shakti Department Rajouri, Ashwini Sharma.
The Dassal Water Supply project, with an estimated cost of 5.50 crores, stands as a beacon of progress. Its primary objective is to provide functional household tap connections (FHTC) to a total of 451 households, thereby benefiting approximately 3000 individuals in the area.
