DC Rajouri reviews arrangements for Nasha Mukht Abhiyan Campaign
RAJOURI, APRIL 5: Deputy Commissioner Rajouri, Abhishek Sharma today chaired a meeting to review the preparations for the upcoming Nasha Mukht Abhiyan campaign, which is scheduled to commence from April 7, 2025.
While reviewing the action plan, the Deputy Commissioner directed for the timely release of the campaign calendar outlining a series of impactful activities and awareness drives. He emphasized the need to involve both youth and elders in the campaign to ensure community-wide participation in the fight against drug abuse.
The DC stressed upon maintaining the quality of awareness initiatives and instructed the trainees and awareness teams to focus on meaningful engagement rather than symbolic activities.
In order to amplify the reach of the campaign, the DC also directed the officers to share creative content including videos, posters, and success stories on various social media platforms that should be designed to create a strong and positive influence among the masses.
The Deputy Commissioner also took a detailed report from the ADCs of Sunderbani, Nowshera, Kalakote, and Kotranka, ACR Rajouri & SDM Thanamandi regarding preparations being made at the Sub-division level. He directed them to ensure that all departments work in close coordination and with a sense of urgency and purpose.
