DC Rajouri reviews status of Health Sector Projects

RAJOURI, June 23:   Deputy Commissioner Rajouri, Vikas Kundal, today took a comprehensive review of the status of various developmental works in the health sector. The meeting was attended by the CPO Mohammad Khurshid and CMO Dr. Rajinder Sharma.

Deputy Commissioner Kundal expressed satisfaction over the progress made thus far. It was informed that of the 25 works proposed under the District Capex budget, work on 17 was already in progress. All seven works under the UT Capex budget are progressing smoothly and one of the two NABARD works is in progress.

The Deputy Commissioner urged officials to maintain a high level of commitment and professionalism in their work, emphasizing that the health and well-being of the people of Rajouri has been accorded top priority by the district administration.

The DDC asked them to continue to work diligently to achieve the set targets within the given timeframe.

Quality control was another important aspect stressed upon by the DDC during the meeting. He reiterated that the highest standards must be adhered to during the construction process, and no laxity shall be tolerated in this regard.
