DC reviews implementation of HADP in Rajouri District

RAJOURI, MAY 29: Deputy Commissioner Rajouri Om Prakash Bhagat today presided over a meeting to review implementation of Holistic Agriculture Development Program (HADP).


The meeting focused on evaluating the progress made in achieving the objectives of the program. Stress was laid on spreading awareness among farmers about the innovative interventions available under the program.
As many as 2042 cases, including 2029 of Agriculture sector, 8 of Horticulture and 05 of Sheep Husbandary Department sector received through online were scrutinized and approved.


The HADP is an ambitious initiative aimed at establishing a sustainable and profitable agricultural ecosystem. Deputy Commissioner Om Prakash Bhagat emphasized the overarching goal of the program which is to empower local farmers by equipping them with knowledge and tools that can significantly enhance their productivity and profitability. Simultaneously, the HADP seeks to contribute to the overall growth of the agricultural sector.
