DC Samba chairs meeting on Change of Land Use

SAMBA, October 17: Deputy Commissioner Samba Abhishek Sharma chaired a meeting wherein thorough review of Change of Land Use (CLU) cases was conducted.

A total of 15 cases were diligently discussed and deliberated upon so as ensure to efficient land-use practices.

The meeting resulted in the approval of 2 CLU cases and 3 CLU cases were reverted back to the applicants, with a clear directive to address the observations made during the meeting.

This decision ensures that the applications meet the necessary requirements and adhere to established standards

The chair took inputs from various concerned departments. The comments and suggestions provided by these departments were carefully reviewed to ensure a comprehensive and informed decision-making process.

DC stressed the critical need for all participating departments to strictly follow the mandatory rules and adhere to set timelines.
