DC Udhampur participates in Aarti at Devika Ghat

UDHAMPUR, October 31: As part of celebration of National Unity Day and UT Foundation Day, Deputy Commissioner Udhampur, Saloni Rai, visited Devika Ghat to participate in special prayers.

She joined the devotees in Devika Aarti, an event that resonated with spiritual harmony.

Devotees gathered along the serene banks of the Devika river, where the Aarti unfolded with divine precision, amid the chanting of sacred mantras.

Other dignitaries in attendance included Additional District Development Commissioner Ghan Sham Singh, DFO Rushal Garg, Additional Deputy Commissioner Joginder Singh Jasrotia, councilors, government officials, prominent community members, and local residents.

The event was a symbol of unity and reverence, celebrating the rich heritage of Udhampur.
