DCDRC Doda invites Litigants, Complainants to approach Commission for pending proceedings

BHADERWAH, February 17: District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (DCDRC) Doda, constituted in pursuance to notification of 22nd Feb 2022, S.0 72 issued under Consumer Protection Act 2019 by the Government of Jammu and Kashmir, has invited the Litigants, Complainants with pending cases for further proceedings.

“The Litigants whose cases were pending for disposal before the Erstwhile District Consumer Protection Forum Doda can approach the office of the District Consumer Disputes Rederessal Commission Doda at Old Sub District Hospital Building Bhadarwah either directly or through their respective counsels on any working day (Monday to Saturday) between (10:30 AM to 4:00 PM) for further proceedings in their cases,” a communiqué issued by the Commission stated.  It further stated that those desirous of filling fresh complaints may also approach the commission in the manner as specified in the Act.
