DDC Bandipora convenes meeting to resolve Interdepartmental issues

BANDIPORA, JULY 02: The District Development Commissioner (DDC) Bandipora, Shakeel ul Rehman on Tuesday chaired a meeting of officers from various line departments to address and resolve various interdepartmental issues related to the execution of various projects and schemes within the district.


The executing agencies presented various interdepartmental issues pertaining to their respective departments.

The meeting discussed in detail various issues and challenges faced by executing agencies in carrying out work smoothly including the road cut for laying water supply pipelines, shifting of electric poles during road construction and maintaining a safe distance from the road brim during infrastructure projects and others.


Speaking on the occasion, the DC emphasized the need to identify and resolve any challenges to ensure the smooth execution of ongoing projects in the district.
Stressing interdepartmental coordination, the DC asked the concerned officers to enhance coordination and ensure the successful implementation of development schemes for the benefit of the public.

He highlighted the importance of improving communication channels and implementing efficient solutions to common problems.

The DC emphasized the importance of collaboration and encouraged all departments to work together to achieve the best outcomes for the community.


He also asked ACR Bandipora and SDM Sumbal to monitor the interdepartmental issues and to ensure time-bound and speedy resolution of all such issues.


Among others, the meeting was attended by ADDC, Mohammad Ashraf Bhat; ACR, Shabir Ahmad Wani; SDM Sumbal, Aamir Choudhary; CPO, Mohammad Maqbool; SE R&B Bandipora, Executive Engineers and other concerned.
