DDC Kishtwar launches solar panel technician training for youth

KISHTWAR, March 18: District Development Commissioner, Dr Devansh Yadav inaugurated a 6-day training programme called “Technician Solar Panel Installation and Battery Maintenance” under SANKALP Programme at Government Industrial Training Institute (ITI) Kishtwar today.

The programme aims to create skilled manpower in remote areas for providing technical services regarding solar panel installation and maintenance. 

DDC encouraged participants to acquire skill sets for sustainable livelihood and learn about various trainings at ITI Kishtwar. 

Principal ITI Kishtwar, Mandeep Dogra; Naib Tehsildar Marwah, Naseem Choudhary and resource persons from ITI were present on the occasion.
