DDC member distributes engagement orders among newly selected Sanginis, Sahayikas

UDHAMPUR, AUGUST 07: The DDC Member, Panchari Jasvir Singh today distributed the engagement orders among the newly selected Sanginis and Sahayikas of Panchari Poshan Project in presence of Subhash Dogra District Programme Officer Poshan, Sarpanch Chulna Kuldeep Singh, Sanjeev Sharma, CDPO Panchari and other prominent people of Panchari.

At the outset, the CDPO gave a brief account of the Poshan scheme and highlighted the criteria of the selection of Sanginis and Sahayikas .It is pertinent to mention here that the engagements of Sanginis and Sahayikas are being made after a gap of five years.

The District Programme Officer highlighted the   role of Sanginis and Sahayikas in eradicating malnutrition and anemia amongst the children and women folk. He asked newly engaged Sanginis and Sahayikas to work with zeal and dedication for achieving the goals of Poshan Department.

Later, the DDC member distributed engagement orders amongst the newly engaged Sanginis and Sahayikas and congratulated them for this honorary job. He also urged them to work for the upliftment of nutritional and health status of downtrodden and deprived society.
