DDC Vice Chairperson takes stock of public issues

UDHAMPUR, June 29: Vice Chairperson District Development Council, Juhi Manhas Pathania today interacted with the general public and listened to their issues at Dehma, Nardi, Khoon, Sortha, Nakki, Balpur and other locations.

She asked the PDD Department to avoid unscheduled power cuts for the convenience of the general public during the summer.

 Mrs Pathania also inaugurated a 63 KVa transformer at Nardi, Panchayat Khoon in presence of Nimrata Bali Naib Sarpanch Khoon, Atul Kumar Panch and other prominent people of the area. She said that with the installation of the transformer, the power scenario in the area will improve immensely.

She apprised the situation to the concerned department to allot an additional 63 KVa power transformer and the department allotted the same. She said that the new transformer will provide an adequate power supply. She thanked the PDD on behalf of the citizens for timely intervention which will greatly benefit the well being of the area.

  Earlier, she listened to the problems of the people of the area and issued directions for on the spot redressal of the same.
