BJP holds organizational meeting in Jammu North

Sat Sharma, former President J&K BJP & former Cabinet Minister addressed a meeting of BJP District Jammu North

JAMMU, February 13: Shamsher Singh Manhas, former MP, Davinder Rana, former MLA, Bharat Bhushan (DDC Chairman), Shiv Dev Singh, former MLA, Balbir Kumar, DDC member, Geetu Aulakh DDC member, Karan Singh Chib, senior leader, Omi Khajuria, District President, Ajay Manhas, District Vice-President, Surinder Bhagat, District General Secretary, Nand Kishore, senior leader, Rajinder Singh Chib, senior leader were among the other prominent present in the meeting.

All the senior leaders of BJP hailing from Jammu North participated in the meeting, comprising BJP district office bearers, Mandal office bearers, district Morchas, district departments, district cells, Shakti Kendra Pramukhs and other senior leaders.

Sat Sharma while addressing the party workers, said that BJP has carved out a deep-seated niche in the hearts of people with the hard work of BJP workers. He dwelled on the importance of ordinary party workers and said that the dedicated efforts of party workers is the key to success in elections at all levels. He asked the party workers to work for the removal of the difficulties and hardships of the public. He also said that party activists must realize the crucial importance of booth-level workers as only on winning a booth is the possibility of success in the election.  

Sat Sharma also sought detailed information about various organizational activities in the Jammu North. He asked the party leaders to ensure the completion of booth-level committees and committees of various Morchas, Cells, and Departments to enhance the party’s functioning in their respective areas. He also shared information about various forthcoming party programmes.

Shamsher Singh Manhas laid emphasis on ensuring touch with the new voters, their enrolment, and correction of names in the voter lists. He advocated for the pro-active approach by the party activists to ensure win in every single booth in their areas.

Omi Khajuria provided a brief overview of the party structure in the Jammu North and assured the party leadership of the best results in the forthcoming elections. He asked the party workers to work incessantly and said that there is no time to rest.
