Delhi: Minor boy stabbed to death in Delhi’s Shakarpur area
New Delhi [India], September 24 (ANI): A minor boy was stabbed to death, after an alleged altercation with his friend, in the Shakarpur area of the national capital, police said on Monday.
While patrolling around 7:15 PM on Monday, cops noticed blood on the street near Ramji Samosa shop. On inquiry, locals informed them that a few boys stabbed one minor, after which the victim was taken to the hospital.
After some time, information was received from Lok Nayak Jai Prakash Narayan Hospital (LNJP) regarding the admission of one boy, namely Sachin (16). Two stab injuries were found on the backside of the deceased.
According to the police, it was further revealed that the deceased, along with his minor friend, was coming after buying a new mobile phone. When they reached near the Ramji Samosa shop in Shakarpur, Delhi, three more friends joined them. There, an altercation happened and deceased Sachin was stabbed, the police said.
The police said that legal action is being taken into the matter, and a crime team has also been called to the spot.
Further investigation into the matter is underway.
