DEO Ramban reviews polling party transportation, monitoring, coordination plans

RAMBAN, SEPTEMBER 14: District Election Officer (DEO) Ramban, Baseer-Ul-Haq Chaudhary, chaired a meeting here today to review the preparations for the dispatch of Polling Parties and ensure smooth coordination among team members for the upcoming Assembly Elections, 2024.

During the meeting, the DEO discussed the transport and monitoring plans, along with other necessary arrangements being implemented by various departments to facilitate a free, fair, and transparent election process. He instructed the ARTO and other concerned officers to ensure the proper execution of these plans across all departments, emphasizing the smooth conduct of the Assembly Elections in AC-54 Ramban and AC-55 Banihal, scheduled for September 18, 2024.

The meeting was attended by Additional District Development Commissioner Roshan Lal, Additional Deputy Commissioner Varunjeet Singh Charak, Deputy District Election Officer Abdul Jabar, District Statistical and Evaluation Officer Ganesh Kumar, ARTO Shital Sharma, District Information Officer Niamatullah Sheikh, Assistant Labour Commissioner Amit Kumar and other relevant officers.
