Dewan Devi Public School students honored by CM Omar Abdullah for academic excellence

Meritorious Students of Dewan Devi Public School have been felicitated by the  Hon’ble Chief Minister, Shri Omar Abdullah  for their outstanding academic achievements. The felicitation ceremony, held at the Convention Centre, Canal Road,

Jammu on 13-12-2024 ,  witnessed the presence of distinguished dignitaries, educators, parents, and students.

In his address to the students, Shri Omar Abdullah expressed his admiration for the hard work and dedication shown by the students in their academic pursuits. He emphasized the importance of education in shaping the future of individuals and the nation. “Your achievements are a testament to the strength of the education system in our state and the bright future that lies ahead for each of you,” he said.

Shri Abdullah also commended the role of teachers, school management, and parents in nurturing the talents of the students. He stressed the need to continuously support and encourage students to excel not only in academics but also in extracurricular activities that contribute to their holistic development.

The Hon’ble Chief Minister distributed awards, certificates, and scholarships to the top-performing students in academics, sports, arts, and other fields. These students were recognized for their dedication, perseverance, and exceptional skills that have set them apart from their peers.

The Principal of the school, Seloni Suri along with the Vice-Principal , MAshwani Suri encouraged students for their effort and advised them to work hard for their bright future.
