Director AHD Kashmir reviews physical, financial targets achieved under various schemes
SRINAGAR, JANUARY 13: Director Animal Husbandry Department, Kashmir, Dr Parvinder Sudan today reviewed the physical and financial progress achieved under various schemes including CAPEX (Capital Expenditure), Holistic Agricultural Development Programme, Central Sector Schemes and NABARD (National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development) during the current financial year.
The meeting aimed to evaluate the implementation status of these programs and ensure that objectives are being met effectively.
The meeting holds the importance in view of last quarter of current financial year and aimed to target the loopholes and remove bottlenecks.
The deliberations were augmented by the view points presented by various officers and officials.
The Director reiterated his stand on focussing and analysing the progress reports submitted by various wings of the department and strategizing future actions to enhance productivity and efficiency in animal husbandry Sector across Kashmir.
The meeting underscored the commitment of the Animal Husbandry Department towards improving livestock management and ensuring sustainable development in the region.
Joint Director, Poultry/ LPP Hari Parbat, Deputy Director Poultry, Chief Animal Husbandry Officers, Superintendent Central Veterinary Hospital, Assistant Director Planning and Technical Officers and Poultry Development Officers attended the meeting.
