District administration Doda virtually participates in J&K Samadhan Portal launch
DODA JULY 23: The Jammu and Kashmir administration today launched the JK Samadhan portal, a unified grievance redressal and monitoring system aimed at addressing public grievances through a single window. The launch was conducted by Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha from the Sher-e-Kashmir International Convention Centre (SKICC) in Srinagar. This innovative portal promises an effective and efficient way to handle public grievances, ensuring timely and transparent redressal.
The event was witnessed across all districts of the UT. In Doda, the district administration, under the supervision of Deputy Commissioner Harvinder Singh, organized a mega event at the conference hall of the DC office complex to watch the live telecast of the JK Samadhan portal launch. The conference hall was packed with attendees from various departments, including representatives from education, health, agriculture, and the Rural Development Department (RDD), as well as members of the media fraternity.
Deputy Commissioner Doda, Harvinder Singh, along with ADC, Sudershan Kumar, ACR, Sunil Bhutyal, ACD, Manoj Kumar, CPO, Manesh Kumar Manhas and ACP, Mushraf Ali Haf, DIO, Rohit Saini attended the virtual session.
The entire program was a significant milestone in enhancing public service delivery and ensuring that grievances are addressed promptly and effectively. The initiative is expected to bring about a transformative change in the way public grievances are managed, contributing to improved governance and citizen satisfaction in Jammu and Kashmir.
