District Administration Samba organizes Mega Tiranga Marathon

SAMBA, AUGUST 11: The District Administration Samba, under the supervision of Deputy Commissioner Abhishek Sharma, organized a Mega Tiranga Marathon today, covering the route from Barjani Talab to Badhori Ground. The event saw enthusiastic participation from district officers, sectoral officers, volunteers, and school children, all united in a spirited display of patriotism.

Before the marathon commenced, participants took a pledge to uphold the values of the nation. Tricolor flags were then distributed to all participants, and the rally began from Barjani Talab, resonating with the slogan “Ghar Ghar Tiranga, Har Ghar Tiranga.”

Upon reaching Badhori Ground, the National Anthem was played, marking the event’s conclusion.

Additional Deputy Commissioner Samba, Suresh Sharma, expressed his gratitude to all participants and urged them to continue this drive until August 15th. He emphasized that the purpose of these events is to instill a deep sense of patriotism among the citizens.
