District level NCORD committee evaluates drug control measures across Doda district
DODA, MARCH 29: The district-level Committee under Narco Coordination Centre (NCORD) met here today under the chairmanship of Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC), Sudershan Kumar to evaluate existing drug control measures and enhance efficacy in combating drug abuse and illicit narcotics trade in the district.
The meeting served as a platform to assess the implementation of previous directives and initiatives aimed at curbing drug-related activities in the district. During the meeting, participants deliberated on effectiveness of current strategies and identified areas for improvement. Strategies were devised to strengthen enforcement measures and enhance collaboration among law enforcement agencies, community stakeholders, and civil society organizations.
Additional Superintendent of Police Doda, Shakeel Ul Rehman, alongside other key officers, actively participated in the meeting.
