Distt Admin Gbl observes 02 minute silence on Martyrs Day

GANDERBAL, JANUARY 30: On the eve of Martyrs Day, District Administration Ganderbal today observed a two-minute silence with full Solemnity and in a befitting manner to pay tribute to the Father of Nation, Mahatma Gandhi and all Martyrs of Nation who sacrificed their lives to safeguard the sovereignty and integrity of the country.

On the occasion Deputy Commissioner Ganderbal, Shyambir, Additional District Development Commissioner Ganderbal, Mushtaq Ahmad Simnani, Additional Deputy Commissioner Ganderbal, Gulzar Ahmad and other officers and officials working in Mini Secretariat Ganderbal congregated in the lawns of Mini Secretariat and observed a two-minute silence at 11:00 AM to 11:02 AM.

The Martyr’s Day is observed on 30th January every year to commemorate the Martyrdom of Mahatma Gandhi.
