DM Kishtwar orders traffic restriction on NH-244 from Drabshalla to Hasti for bridge load test

KISHTWAR, March 17: District Magistrate, Dr Devansh Yadav has ordered a temporary traffic restriction on NH-244 from Drabshalla to Hasti on March 17 and 18, 2023. The restriction will be in place for four hours each day from 10:00 PM to 2:00 AM.

The reason for the closure is to conduct a load test on existing Mino-Bridges along the stretch of road. The test is being carried out by the EPC contractor as part of their work for the National Highways and Infrastructure Development Corporation (NHIDCL).

Commuters are urged to plan their travel accordingly and avoid this stretch of road during the specified times.
