DM Samba imposes ban on transportation of Bovines

SAMBA, June 27: District Magistrate Samba, in exercise of the powers vested under Section 144 Cr.P.C, imposed restriction on transportation of bovine animals such as Cow, Ox, Calf, Buffalo etc. except with the prior permission from his office.

Senior Superintendent of Police Samba shall ensure strict implementation of this order. Any person found violating this order shall be dealt with in accordance with law.

This order shall come into force with immediate effect and shall remain in force for a period of Sixty days from the date of its issuance, if not withdrawn/ rescinded earlier.
