Doda: DLIC approves 22 Mumkin, 2 Tejaswini cases to provide gainful livelihood to unemployed youth

DODA, NOVEMBER 22: The District Level Implementation Committee (DLIC) met here today to evaluate the implementation of Mission Youth schemes, including Mumkin, Tejaswini, and Spurring Entrepreneurship.

Chaired by District Development Commissioner (DDC), Harvinder Singh, the meeting aimed to assess the impact of these youth-centric initiatives.

In the opening discussions, the committee scrutinized the status of the Mission Youth schemes. Notably, the committee granted approval to 22 cases out of 26 applications received online under the Mumkin scheme. 3 cases under the Mumkin scheme were deferred, and one was rejected by the DLIC.

Under the Tejaswini schemes, two women received approval for the financial assistance to start their own business establishment for gainful livelihood. 

The meeting was attended by key officials, including the ADC Doda Dr R K Bharti, General Manager DIC Doda, LDM, District Coordinator JK Bank, DNO EDI, Employment Officer Doda, and other concerned officers.
