Drug peddler booked under PIT NDPS Act in Bandipora

BANDIPORA Feb 07: Bandipora Police has taken decisive action against drug trafficking by apprehending Shamsuddin Dar, resident of Shahgund Hajin. The accused has been booked under the Prevention of Illicit Traffic in Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (PIT NDPS) Act, reflecting his persistent involvement in the illicit trade of contraband substances. Following legal proceedings, Dar has been remanded to Central Jail Kot Bhalwal Jammu.
