Eid-ul-Fitr celebrated with Religious Fervour & Gaiety in Kishtwar
KISHTWAR, April 22: The Kishtwar district has witnessed the grand celebrations of Eid-ul-Fitr by the Muslim community with an atmosphere of religious fervor and gaiety on Saturday, marking the end of the holy month of Ramzan.
The day began with congregational Eid prayers held at Jamia Masjid and other mosques of Kishtwar town and other mosques across the district from 8 AM to 9 AM and the prayers of Eid-ul-Fitr.
Amongst the attendees were top brass officers of the civil, Army and police administration, including Deputy Commissioner Kishtwar Dr. Devansh Yadav, SSP Kishtwar Khalil Ahmed Poswal, ADDC Kishtwar Sham Lal,ADC Inderjeet Singh Parihar,ASP Kishtwar Rajinder Singh, Chairman Auqaf/ACP Kishtwar Zakir Hussain Wani, President Municipal Council Kishtwar Sajjad Ahmed Najjar and others.
