Election Observers for B’la inspect arrangements at designated Strong Room and Counting Center
BARAMULLA, SEPTEMBER 29: Ahead of the Assembly Elections in district Baramulla on October 01, Election Observers and District Election Officer Minga Sherpa today conducted a thorough inspection of the Counting Center and Strong Room for district Baramulla at the Indoor sports stadium in Baramulla.
During the inspection, the observers meticulously assessed the facilities and arrangements at the counting center and strong room to ensure a seamless and transparent counting process.
The observers carried out a detailed inspection to ensure the implementation of robust security measures, including CCTV surveillance, uninterrupted power supply, fire safety protocols, and other essential facilities. These measures are in place to ensure a smooth and hassle-free counting process.
The Observers were comprehensively briefed by the District Election officer regarding the arrangements in place to ensure a smooth electoral process and were informed that the district administration had diligently implemented all necessary measures in compliance with the guidelines of the Election Commission of India.
The Observers emphasized the importance of adhering to the ECI guidelines and ensuring that all arrangements are in place at the counting centers to uphold the integrity and efficiency of the electoral process, providing voters and stakeholders with confidence in the democratic process.
