Empowering Communities: Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra camps hosted in  Gundna & Tantna Panchayats 

DODA, DECEMBER 16: In a lively celebration, the Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra today left an enduring impression among the people of Tantna and Gundna Panchayats of District Doda. This impactful event focused on the effective implementation of crucial government initiatives, garnering a warm welcome from PRI members, frontline workers, and the local community. Officers and officials from relevant departments actively participated in the comprehensive camp.

During the celebration, certificates of appreciation were presented to students, recognizing their achievements. 

The Health Department played a pivotal role by distributing free medicines to the attendees, ensuring immediate healthcare support. The event witnessed a significant turnout of beneficiaries benefiting from various government-sponsored schemes, expressing gratitude to the Jammu and Kashmir UT government for their unwavering support.

The Yatra commenced with the arrival of the IEC Van, setting the stage for an informative and engaging session. An introductory movie and the collective recitation of the Viksit Bharat Pledge established a sense of unity and purpose. 

Government officers actively interacted with the public, sharing information about various schemes while attentively listening to beneficiaries’ experiences. Stalls set up by different departments showcased flagship initiatives, fostering awareness and encouraging community participation.

The celebration encompassed diverse activities, including “Meri Kahani, Meri Zubaani” firsthand accounts, a quiz competition for students, and a medical health checkup camp organized by the health department. Representatives emphasized the significance of key schemes, such as PM KISAN, Suraksha Bima Yojna, Ayushman Bharat, and others. Beneficiaries expressed gratitude during the public outreach program, highlighting the positive impact of government initiatives on their lives.

The event concluded successfully, with certificates awarded to actively participating students, solidifying the Yatra’s positive engagement with the local inhabitants. The various activities under Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra occurred in the Panchayat Tantna and Gundna, including the medical health checkup camp and prize distribution conducted in the Panchayats. Members of self-help groups and other beneficiaries of various government-sponsored schemes were present during the event.
