Empowering Girls through Education: Programme under BBBP held at Gurez

BANDIPORA, JULY 02: The Department of Social Welfare Bandipora organized a significant event under the Beti Bachao Beti Padhao (BBBP) initiative at Higher Secondary School Dawar Gurez.

The program aimed to empower young girls by promoting education and gender equality was presided over by Mission Director, Mission Shakti Jammu and Kashmir, Harvinder Kour.

The event saw enthusiastic participation from girls from various schools across Gurez. Engaging activities highlighted cultural diversity and educational achievements.

Informative pamphlets on services like Child Helpline, One Stop Centers, DHEW, etc., were distributed among students, providing essential information on available support resources.
