PULWAMA, SEPTEMBER 10: Shrikant N, Expenditure Observer (EO) for Assembly Constituency 32-Pampore, arrived at the Returning Officer’s office in Pampore to conduct an inspection of the expenditure registers of the contesting candidates for the upcoming Assembly elections, 2024.
