Expenditure Observer visits Samba, chairs meet

Also inspects Election Office, Media Cell, MCMC

SAMBA, MARCH 30: Expenditure Observer, Samatha Mullamudi today visited Samba District Election Office and held a meeting with members of  Expenditure Monitoring team constituted for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections.

District Election Officer, Abhishek Sharma gave a PPT presentation detailing the chair about steps taken by district administration for monitoring of election related expenditures.

The Observer urged the officers to carry out their responsibilities diligently until the conclusion of the election process. She assured the team of her accessibility throughout the election period, encouraging them to reach out with any queries or concerns.

Additionally, she underscored the importance of working with professionalism, reminding the team members significance of their services towards the nation and its welfare.

After the meeting, the Expenditure Observer inspected MCMC, Complaint management Cell, Video viewing team and Assistant Expenditure Observers cell established in Conclave Hall. She reviewed expense records, verified expenditure authenticity and stressed on adherence to election laws by the election office.

The Expenditure Observer was accompanied by District Election Officer, Samba Abhishek Sharma, SSP Samba, Vinay Kumar, ADDC Samba, Champa Devi, ADC Samba Suresh Chander, Deputy District Election Officer Samba, Harvinder Singh and others district and Sectoral officers.
