FCS&CA imposes of Rs.10k on 17 erring traders for violating ECA-1955
Launches massive drive within the vicinity of Srinagar City
SRINAGAR, April 12: The Enforcement squad of this Food Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs (FCS&CA) Department today launched a massive drive within the vicinity of Srinagar City i.e., Habba Kadal, Rainawari, Nowshara, Zadibal, Botshah Mohalla, Saraibala, Bemina, Shalteng, Budshah Nagar and Nowgam areas.
During the course of action as many as 92 establishments were inspected, out of which 17 erring traders were penalized with a sum of Rs.10100 for violating Essential Commodities Act (ECA), 1955.
