Finance Department organizes a day training program on LIFMS portal in Leh

Leh, August 24: Finance Department, Ladakh, in collaboration with the District Administration Leh organised a one-day training program for all Sectorial Heads/DDOs of Leh District, on Budget Estimation Module under the Ladakh Integrated Financial Management System (LIFMS) Application, at  Sindhu Sanskriti Kendra Leh.

Accounts Officer to Deputy Commissioner Leh, Tsewang Dorje, and Skalzangling Dorje welcomed the Trainers and the participants.

The training program was organised to make the DDOs familiar with the newly introduced feature namely ‘Budget Estimation’ on LIFMS as well as to address various issues faced by the DDOs while operating upon LIFMS.

DDOs from all departments participated in the one-day program along with their dealing assistants. Detailed training was imparted on the ‘Budget Estimation’ and related features.

A question and Answer session was also held at the end of the program. Trainees had the opportunity to pose questions, and the resource persons addressed their queries to everyone’s satisfaction.

The program ended with words of gratitude from the trainers for the facilities provided and cooperation extended by the District Administration for successfully organizing the training program, followed by a vote of thanks from the organisers.
