Former Mayor holds public darbar at BJP headquarter
JAMMU, February 15: BJP Vice President & former Mayor, JMC, Chander Mohan Gupta, along with BJP Swachh Bharat Abhiyan Convenor, Dil Bahadur Singh Jamwal, held publice darbar at party headquarter and listened to the grievances of the people, who visited with their problems.
Both, Chander Mohan Gupta and Dil Bahadur Singh Jamwal, gave patient hearings to the problems of the people.
Chander Mohan Gupta said that the people come and put forward their genuine problems, which need immediate redressal by taking them with the administration.
He further said that the BJP is always at the service of the people and every leader and worker of the party is available to the public every time. He said that it has been the endeavour of Prime Minister Narendra Modi by launching viksit bharat sankalp yatra to bring the administration at the doorsteps of the people, to listen to their issues and extend benefits of welfare schemes to those who were left out of welfare schemes. With this historical step, the governance is brought to the village level and remote areas so that the benefits are provided to the poor and downtrodden.
Dil Bahadur Singh Jamwal said that the Public Darbar is witnessing overwhelming response from all sections of the society where people apprise the leaders of their issues to seek intervention in redressing the same.
The people in deputations and individuals visited the BJP office from New plot, Super Bazar, Srinagar city, Bandipora, Vasant Vihar, Trikuta Nagar, Bishnah, Gandhgi Nagar, Surankot, Poonch, Gangyal and Sidhra. Their problems were related to departments like Health, Road & Building, Irrigation, JDA and yush.
