Free health cum awareness camp held at Bhaderwah Village

DODA, June 28: As a part of Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav and under the   supervision of Chief Medical Officer, Dr Ab Hamid Zargar, District Health Society Doda organised a free medical checkup cum awareness camp at Village Bheja area in Medical Block Bhaderwah.

 A medical team headed by Dr Muneez Iqbal (MO RBSK) along with Dr Saiqa (MLHP), Asia Begum (Phst), Asha Devi (ANM), Manoj Kumar (Lab Tech) and Sanjay Kumar (Ophthalmic Tech) besides staff from MMU rendered their services to more than 70 patients who had come from different areas to get the benefit at the camp. Free medicine was also distributed among patients.

 The health department took this special initiative to provide better healthcare services to the people living in the far flung areas, to meet the immediate healthcare needs.
