Gandhi Memorial College, DEA Srinagar organize Awareness programme under SVEEP at College Auditorium

SRINAGAR, APRIL 13: Gandhi Memorial College, Srinagar in collaboration with District Election Authority, Srinagar today organized an awareness programme under SVEEP in the college auditorium, here.

The programme was attended by a large number of students besides staff members as well.

The keynote address was delivered by Master Trainer, Tariq Ahmad, wherein he discussed in detail the importance of elections in a democracy. He stressed upon the students to enroll themselves for Election Photo Identity cards.

He also gave a detailed description about different election forms that are necessary for enrollment and updation of details.

Dr Zahoor Ahmad, trainer, also spoke on the theme.
