GDC Khaltse students present play ‘Bardo’ on ‘World Theatre Day’

LEH, March 27: The students of Govt. Degree College Khaltse presented a play themed, ‘Bardo’ under the banner of G20/Y20 and Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav on ‘World Theatre Day’ in the college campus.

The students portrayed the experiences of an archetypal evil-doer and an Archetypal virtuous householder, as they meet Yama, the embodiment of the inexorable laws of cause and effect, in the intermediate state of rebirth (Bardo).

Principal, Prof. Stanzin Yangdol praised the students for their performance and encouraged them to participate in all the upcoming events with similar youthful spirit.

This Allegorical light hearted play was presented with full zeal and enthusiasm by the young thespians of Govt. Degree College, Khaltse.
