GDC Majalta organises painting contest under Swachhta Pakhwada

UDHAMPUR, AUGUST 03: NSS Unit of Government Degree College Majalta organised a painting competition as a part of series of activities under Swachhta Pakhwada campaign under the able guidance of the Principal Prof. (Dr.) Shalini Sharma and supervision of Prof Anuradha Chowdhary (Nodal Officer).

The event saw an impressive turnout with over 20 participants from various Departments.

A panel of esteemed judges including Prof. Chander Mohan (HOD English) and Prof. Kamal Jeet (HOD Hindi) evaluated the paintings.

Rupali Sharma of Semester- V secured First Position, Monika of Semester -III secured Second Position and Akram Rahi of Semester- V secured Third Position.

The event provided a platform to the students to showcase their talent. The students painted different ideas pertaining to the theme enthusiastically.

Prof. Dalip Kumar, Prof. Naresh Kumar, Dr. Shahnawaz Parveen, Jasvinder Singh and Vinod Kumar were also present on the occasion.

The whole event was organised by Prof. Anuradha Chowdhary (NSS PO).
