GDC Neeli Nallah Udhampur organises Panch Pran Pledge taking ceremony

UDHAMPUR, August 05: As part of the series of program being organised under the banner of “Meri Maati Mera Desh” Nationwide Campaign and Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav, the NSS Unit of Government Degree College Neeli Nallah Udhampur today organised Panch Pran Pledge taking ceremony to highlight the five resolves of Prime Minister of India during the Independence Day, 2023 address to the nation.

Principal, teaching, non-teaching staff and students of the college participated in the pledge ceremony. The pledge was read out by Roopali Rajput and  Nitin Sharma students of B.A Semester 5th both in English and Hindi languages respectively.

Speaking on the occasion, Principal of the College, Prof. Hans Raj emphasized that the objective of organizing the program was to improve all of human kind which is the fabric of main culture. He said that “Meri Mati Mera Desh” campaign is being launched in the country to honour our Martyred Brave heart men and women.

The whole program was organized by Dr. Swati Dutt, HOD Sociology and Dr. Radha Rani, NSS PO of the college. Others who participated in the ceremony were Suram Chand, Rajeshwar Singh Jamwal and  Karan Magotra.
