Govt orders key transfers in Finance Department: Fayaz Ahmed and Sultan Malik assume key roles

The Jammu and Kashmir government has ordered the transfer and posting of key officials in the Finance Department.

In a government order issued on December 15, 2023, Fayaz Ahmed Lone, Director General, Audit and Inspections, J&K, has been transferred and posted as Director General, Codes, Finance Department, J&K. He will also hold additional charge of the Director General, Codes.

Mohammad Sultan Malik, Director Finance, Power Development Department, has been promoted to the Super Time Scale of the Jammu and Kashmir Accounts (Gazetted) Service and transferred and posted as Director General, Audit & Inspections, J&K.

He will also supervise the Resources Section of the Finance Department.
