Handwara Police apprehends 2 drug peddlers, recovers 13 gm of Brown Sugar

KUPWARA, 13 Feb: in a major breakthrough, Handwara Police arrested 2 drug peddlers and recovered 13 grams of Brown Sugar from their possession.
