Hardcore criminal detained under PSA in Rajouri

RAJOURI, 20 May 2023: Continuing its action against hardcore and notorious criminals involved in unlawful activities and crimes, authorities in Rajouri have detained another hardcore criminal under Public Safety Act (PSA).

District Magistrate Rajouri has issued the detention order with the approval of Home Department of J&K Government.

The order of his detention has been issued by the competent authority after a detailed report was submitted by police before District Magistrate Rajouri.

The hardcore and notorious criminal detained under PSA is Mohammad Azam Shah @Mudassar Shah son of Nisar Hussain resident of Fatehpur, Darhali Morh of Rajouri.

He is a hardcore, notorious criminal and a history sheeter and has been booked in 14 cases (FIRs).
