Health Wellness Camp, Yoga session held at Government Boys Pahari Hostel Rajouri

RAJOURI, May 18: Ayush Health Wellness Centre, Rajouri organised a health and medical awareness camp and a Yoga session here in Government Boys Pahari Hostel under its Information Education Communication (IEC) activity calendar.

As many as 125 inmates of Government Boys Pahari Hostel, Rajouri took benefit of the camp. The team of doctors conducted a medical checkup of the inmates and provided them free Ayurvedic medicines. Demonstration of Yoga Asanas was also held to promote a healthy lifestyle among the youth. The camp was the initiative of Secretary Pahari Advisory Board, J&K UT, Sapna Kotwal. The programme was managed and conducted under the supervision of Warden Government Boys Pahari Rajouri Abdul Hamid Malik.

 Assistant Warden of the Hostel, Rajinder Sharma, Supporting Staff including Vikrant Sharma,  Nigid Malik, Tabassum Mirza, Mohd. Aslam(Pharmacist) and Istabaz Ahmed(Junior Asst.) also assisted in holding the camp.

Those from the Ayush Department who conducted the camp included Dr. Liaqat Ali(Medical Officer), Dr. Mubashra Saeed(Medical Officer), Ramesh Kumar (Sr.Pharmacist), Raghav Kumar (Yoga Instructor) and Sunil Kumar(Out Sources).
