LEH August 07: His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama inaugurates Ladakh Yarchos Chenmo in Leh. His Holiness blessed the audience with his words of wisdom and teachings on Manjushri prayer (Kangloma) and Eight Verses of Training the Mind (Lojong Tsig-Gyad Ma) composed by Buddhist Master Geshe Langri Thangpa.

CEC Tashi Gyalson along with Executive Councillors and Councillors attended the inaugural event which saw huge participation of locals as well.
