How to make Edible Rocks?

Ingredients: Sugar, Egg whites, Charcoal powder, Glucose and Water.
Instructions:
1. Add 25 grams of sugar, add 20 grams of egg white and charcoal, and mix it well.
2. In another bowl, take 10 grams of glucose, add 60 grams of water, 300 grams, and boil it until it reaches a temperature of about 145 degrees Celsius.
3. Now add the charcoal mixture to this, whisk for a few seconds and pour it into a mould.
4. Leave it to cool down.
