“INDIA alliance is an alliance of corrupt people, scammers”: Nityanand Rai hits out at opposition

Patna (Bihar) [India], March 11 (ANI): Union Minister of State Nityanand Rai came down heavily on the opposition on Monday, stating that “INDIA alliance is an alliance of corrupt people, scammers and those who usurp the rights of the poor. It believes in nepotism and appeasement policies.”

Speaking to ANI, the union minister said, “There is so much struggle for power, which has no policy. They do not care about people and their development. Where there is selfishness, there will be conflict.”

The union minister also asserted that the BJP-led NDA will win all 40 seats in Bihar in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections.

Earlier on March 4, Rai slammed Lalu Prasad Yadav for his remarks that “PM Modi has no family” and said that 140 crore people in the country are the family of Prime Minister Narendra Modi adding that comments made by RJD supremo are highly objectionable and point towards his frustration as he has lost the mandate of the public in Bihar.

Yadav, while addressing the party’s ‘Jan Vishwas Maha Rally’ in Patna on March 3, said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi just spreads hatred in the name of religion.

“These days he is talking about dynastic politics. You (PM Modi) don’t have a family. You are not even a Hindu. When your mother died, every Hindu, as per tradition, shaves his beard and head. Why did you not shave? You only spread hatred in society,” RJD Chief Lalu Yadav further said.

Meanwhile, the BJP had launched a major online campaign ‘Modi Ka Parivar’ with several top leaders, including Amit Shah and JP Nadda, adding the suffix on their social media handles in solidarity with Narendra Modi.
