J&K LG Manoj Sinha congratulated SMC Commissioner Athar Aamir Khan and the Srinagar Smart City Limited (SSCL) for their efforts in transforming Srinagar City.

The Revamped Ghanta Ghar, Lal Chowk is a prominent landmark in Srinagar City. The clock tower was constructed in the 19th century and is a popular tourist destination. The tower was revamped under the Srinagar Smart City project and was inaugurated in August 2023.
