Infosys fined USD 3,142 by Texas Comptroller for non-payment of sales tax

New Delhi, June 2 (PTI) IT major Infosys has been fined an amount of USD 3,142.02 (around Rs 2.60 lakh) by the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts, USA.

The penalty was imposed due to non-payment of sales tax for the period of April 2024, according to a regulatory filing.
